ABOUT

The Brain and Mind I Had to Rebuild

🧠 The Collapse

In 2020, I suffered a traumatic brain injury that fractured my skull and severely damaged multiple regions — both frontal lobes, temporal areas, occipital and the vestibular system.
I lost hearing on one side. My balance collapsed. My brain could no longer interpret the world.
Light, sound, vision and movement became unbearable.
I couldn’t read. I couldn’t think clearly. Conversations felt like violence.
Even simple environments like cafés or living rooms became unbearable — I would crash into vertigo, pain, and neurological shutdown.
I lost my ability to work. I lost the role I once held.
And more than anything,  I lost my identity.
I lived cut off from life, isolated from the world for years, mostly alone, invaded by pain,   watching everything I had built disappear.

❌ What I Was Told
Doctors told me I'd never be the same.
That the damage was permanent. That I’d have to learn to live with it.
But I couldn’t  and I wouldn’t.

🔁 What I Did
I committed everything to understanding and rebuilding my brain.
I studied neuroscience.
I tracked fatigue and cognitive limits.
I redesigned my environment to reduce overload.
I trained my nervous system through meditation and visualisation.
I practiced walking, processing, reading — from zero.
I explored nutrition, supplements, and sport to reignite brain energy.
I experimented relentlessly.
And slowly — piece by piece — I came back online.

🔧 Where I Am Now
I still live with limitations. But I came back to life, rebuilt function, and created systems that allow me to live again.
What began as a collapse became a new operating system — more focused, more intentional, and more resilient.

💬 What this means for you?
During recovery, I had no guide. No doctor could explain what I was experiencing. No one understood the reality I was trapped in.
Now I help others do what I had to figure out alone: rebuild, rewire, and reclaim life after brain injury.

🎤 Speaking

I speak on brain recovery, the power of resilience, and rebuilding identity after trauma — and how to master inner limitations to turn them into possibilities. Through structure, discipline, and a rewired mind, I help others transform breakdown into breakthrough.

My story moves between science, mindset, and real human limits — drawn from personal experience and high-performance recovery.

I speak fluently in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese, and am available for keynotes, interviews, panels, and podcasts.
